Most Instagrammable Spots in Miami
We had no idea what to expect when we arrived in Miami. Sure, we’d heard about its reputation and expected skyscrapers and luxurious beach resorts. But we never expected to find so many Instagrammable spots in Miami!
Miami has to be one of the most photogenic cities in the United States. (At the time of writing, it’s also drone-friendly.)
Here is a list of the most Instagrammable places in Miami for you so you can skip to the best photo spots Miami has to offer!
Lifeguard Stands of Miami Beach and South Beach
Nothing says Miami more than these iconic lifeguard towers! Some 40 lifeguard stands line the white sand beaches of Miami Beach and South Beach. Over the years, they’ve all been redesigned into colorful and dramatic structures that are ideal for Instagram.
Lincoln Theater
Visit Lincoln Theater to travel back in time! It was built in the 1930s in the art deco style. Make sure your photo is angled up to capture the massive motif.
8th Magic Mountain
If you enjoy color and art, Ugo Rondinone’s 8th Magic Mountain will appeal to you. It is a 42-foot-tall column of neon boulders located in front of the Bass Museum of Art. It’s one of the world’s most beautiful works of land art and a welcome splash of color!
Dreamer, Miami
Dreamer Miami is all about beachy, natural aesthetics, not just healthy juices and colorful milks. Pink flamingos and colorful florals adorn the walls of all three stores, and their packaging is delightfully artsy. This juice bar is unquestionably one of the most Instagrammable in Miami!
Mondrian South Beach
The Mondrian South Beach, located on South Beach with plenty of open space, has no shortage of photo opportunities! The ocean-facing pool is ideal for sunset bikini shots, and don’t miss out on their elegant restaurant. The stunning bay views from their balconies are the icing on the cake! In Miami Beach, we must say that we prefer a bay view to an ocean view! We highly recommend this photogenic hotel!
Juvia
Photographers adore Miami’s openness, and Juvia, the rooftop restaurant, is no exception. Not only can you take in the view of the city, but there’s also a lovely plant wall to pose in front of.
Downtown Miami Skyline
It’s one of the most Instagrammable sights in Miami, whether you’re taking a landscape shot or a selfie with the downtown Miami skyline in the background! We recommend taking photos during the day and at night when the lights are turned on.
Palm trees on ocean drive
Every visitor to Miami should take a picture of Ocean Drive’s iconic palm trees! Make an effort to include as many as possible in the shot.
Fendi Colonnade
The vibrantly colored Fendi colonnade is located within the design district. This brand building’s pillars and walls are painted in a rainbow palette. What a great way to brighten up your Instagram feed!
Big Pink
The glamour is PINK! With a pink punch buggy (does anyone still say that?) in front of it! It’s one of Miami’s most retro diners, serving burgers, waffles, and milkshakes.
Art Deco Historic District
The Art Deco Historic District is one of Miami’s most Instagrammable heritage attractions, with a multitude of unique buildings. It’s a lot of fun to photograph the candy colors and geometric details! The Carlyle, The Tides, Beach Patrol Headquarters, Cardozo South Beach, are among the favorites.
SOBE is love sculpture at anglers hotel
‘SOBE is love’ is more than just a bright pink sculpture; it conveys a message of love and unity. Visit this thoughtful memorial and follow the ‘don’t touch’ rules!
Buckminster Fuller Fly’s Eye Dome
Continue exploring the design district until you reach the Fly’s Eye Dome. This 1965 art installation was originally designed as a blueprint for low-cost portable housing. It’s now a piece of contemporary art on display.
The Villa at Casa Casuarina
If you like Versace, you should definitely check out this former Versace-owned mansion turned luxury boutique hotel. Because of the elaborate window frames, mosaic pool, tiled courtyard, and everything pretty, you can take photos of every corner at the Villa at Casa Casuarina.
